What the forms collect

The free-series form asks for your name, email, business, market, industry and the growth problem you want to work on. Your website is optional. The private form also asks what you want to change, with an optional revenue range.

The forms record the submission time, campaign tags and the referring page so Carl can understand where enquiries come from. Campaign tags are retained in this browser tab for attribution. Form answers are not saved in browser storage.

How the information is used

Carl Boustany and the team supporting this program use registration details to manage the cohort and program communications. Private enquiry details are used to assess fit and reply to that enquiry. Program consent does not enrol you in a separate marketing list.

Where it goes

This website is hosted on Hostinger. Form submissions are processed through Google Apps Script and stored in a private Google spreadsheet. The public places meter shows aggregate registration counts only. It does not publish names, emails or business details.

Choices and questions

To update your details, withdraw from the program, stop program emails or request deletion, email carl@morph.ae. You do not need to provide confidential customer information in either form.
